This policy outlines the acceptable use of our hosting infrastructure, servers, cloud services, networks, websites, email services, and all related products and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Usage Policy.
Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms & Conditions of MyNextHost, a brand owned and operated by Digtize ("MyNextHost", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy outlines the acceptable use of our hosting infrastructure, servers, cloud services, networks, websites, email services, and all related products and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Usage Policy.
1. Purpose
Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing hosting environment for all customers.
Any activity that threatens the stability, security, integrity, or availability of our infrastructure or other customers' services is prohibited.
2. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all legal requirements applicable to your business and content.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to engage in or facilitate activities including, but not limited to:
Illegal Activities: violating any applicable laws or regulations, fraudulent schemes, identity theft, money laundering, financial scams, counterfeit products, illegal gambling, human trafficking, and terrorism-related activities.
Malware & Cyber Attacks: hosting, distributing, or facilitating malware, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, ransomware, rootkits, keyloggers, cryptojacking software, and botnets. You may not use our infrastructure to launch or coordinate attacks against any system.
Hacking & Unauthorized Access: attempting unauthorized access to any system, exploiting vulnerabilities, scanning networks without authorization, conducting penetration testing without prior written approval, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, password cracking, and Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Spam: sending unsolicited bulk email, email bombing, SMS spam, messaging spam, mass unsolicited marketing, purchased email lists, and open relays. Customers sending email must comply with applicable anti-spam laws.
Phishing: phishing websites, fake login pages, credential harvesting, impersonation, business email compromise, and social engineering attacks.
Intellectual Property Violations: hosting or distributing content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
Child Exploitation: any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, or abuse will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Hate Content: promoting violence, terrorism, extremism, hate speech, incitement to violence, or criminal organizations.
Fraudulent Activities: fake investment schemes, cryptocurrency scams, fake online stores, financial fraud, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fake technical support, and deceptive advertisements.
4. Hosting Abuse
The following activities are prohibited: hosting malware, hosting phishing websites, running anonymous proxy services intended to facilitate abuse, public file hosting primarily used for piracy, unauthorized streaming services, illegal download portals, torrent trackers used for copyright infringement, pirated software distribution, and illegal IPTV services.
5. Email Usage
Customers using our email services must not: send spam, send phishing emails, send malware attachments, forge email headers, impersonate other organizations, or circumvent email rate limits.
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict outgoing email if unusual or abusive activity is detected.
6. Resource Usage
Customers must not intentionally consume excessive resources that negatively affect other users.
This includes excessive use of CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network bandwidth, database connections, email sending, inodes, and background processes.
Where necessary, we may throttle, suspend, or limit resource usage to maintain platform stability.
7. Security Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, secure applications, regular software updates, secure plugins and themes, malware prevention, and access control.
Compromised accounts may be temporarily suspended to protect the platform.
8. Website Content
Customers are solely responsible for the content hosted on their accounts.
You must ensure that your content does not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, contain malicious code, mislead users, promote illegal activities, or violate privacy rights.
9. Cryptocurrency
Unless specifically permitted by your hosting plan, customers may not use our services for cryptocurrency mining, mining pools, proof-of-work mining, or resource-intensive blockchain nodes that negatively impact shared infrastructure.
10. Artificial Intelligence & Automation
Use of AI tools, automation, bots, and scripts is permitted provided they do not overload shared resources, do not violate applicable laws, do not conduct abusive scraping, do not interfere with platform stability, and respect third-party website terms of service.
11. Abuse Reports
If we receive reports regarding spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, security threats, illegal content, or network abuse, we may investigate and take appropriate action, including requesting additional information from the customer.
12. Investigations
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
During an investigation, we may review server logs, temporarily suspend affected services, restrict access where necessary, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice, where necessary to protect our infrastructure, prevent ongoing abuse, comply with legal obligations, mitigate security risks, or enforce this Policy.
Suspension does not relieve the customer of any outstanding payment obligations.
14. Reporting Abuse
If you believe our services are being used in violation of this Policy, please report the matter through the support or abuse contact details available on MyNextHost.com.
Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as URLs, IP addresses, dates and times, screenshots (if available), and supporting evidence.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our services.
The latest version will always be published on MyNextHost.com, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
