This Refund Policy explains how MyNextHost reviews refund requests for hosting plans, services, renewals, add-ons, domains, and custom work.
Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 13, 2026. Last Updated: July 13, 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by MyNextHost, a brand owned and operated by Digtize ("MyNextHost", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
At MyNextHost, we strive to provide reliable hosting and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in this Policy.
Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the following hosting services are covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases only: Shared Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, Cloud Hosting (where specified), and Reseller Hosting (where specified).
To qualify: the refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a hosting plan and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases.
Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Usage Policy are not eligible for a refund.
3. Services Not Eligible for Refunds
The following products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law: domain name registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, premium domains, SSL Certificates, Dedicated Servers, VPS Hosting, Custom Cloud Infrastructure, Website Development, Website Design, Emergency Website Repairs, Website Migration Services (once completed), Malware Removal Services (once work has commenced), Website Speed Optimization, WordPress Support Services already delivered, Website Maintenance work already completed, third-party software licenses, paid themes or plugins, Email Hosting setup fees, setup or installation charges, and custom consulting or professional services.
4. Domain Registrations
Domain names are registered through third-party registrars and become active immediately upon registration.
As a result: domain registrations are non-refundable, domain renewals are non-refundable, domain transfers are non-refundable, and premium domain purchases are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before the expiration date.
5. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for cancelling recurring services before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
At our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests submitted shortly after renewal where no significant use of the renewed service has occurred.
6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel services at any time through their client account or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund unless the purchase qualifies under this Policy.
7. Service Suspension
Refunds will not be issued where services have been suspended or terminated due to: violation of our Terms & Conditions, violation of our Acceptable Usage Policy, illegal activities, spam, malware, phishing, fraudulent activity, non-payment, resource abuse, or security threats.
8. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MyNextHost to resolve the issue: the related services may be suspended or terminated, any outstanding balance may become immediately due, and access to services may be restricted until the dispute is resolved.
We encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
9. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with: your account information, invoice number or order reference, the service for which you are requesting a refund, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue the refund through an alternative method at our discretion, subject to applicable laws and payment provider requirements.
11. Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
12. Promotional Offers
If a service was purchased using a promotional offer, coupon, or special discount, any refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid.
If a bundled package included free products or services (such as a free domain), we reserve the right to deduct the standard value of those items from the refund where permitted by law.
13. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe the Policy is being abused, including but not limited to: repeated purchases followed by refund requests, multiple accounts created to obtain repeated money-back guarantees, fraudulent payment activity, and attempts to obtain free services through repeated cancellations.
14. Limitation
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local laws provide additional consumer rights, those rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on MyNextHost.com, and continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
